Added gloomy bloom preset that looks more bloomy except doesnt ruin clarity

Still readjusting tonemapping

Turned down night cloud brightness

Made the light blue fog look more appealing

Fixed moonrays bug saturation bugs at night time

Made the lessening of fog during the night day transition more smooth and less ugly

Changed night and day saturation

Decreased luma saturations

Lowered tonemapping gain

Made sun saturation lower at sunsets

Turned down ambient lighting

Made godrays appeared in overcasted weathers again

made a new bloom profile to simulate racing dashcams

revised the dashcam color profile to look more like actual dashcams in race cars
